Bio

Lara Wellman is a coach, author of the book You’re Not Lazy, and neurodivergent. After forty years of thinking she was lazy and not designed for success, she reframed how she felt about herself and invited ease into her life.

She believes we can all be happier by embracing who we are and letting go of the societal expectations that have made us feel small. In her 15+ years of entrepreneurship, she has supported thousands of people in finding ways to move forward with the next best steps for them so they can lead happier lives. She lives in Ottawa with her husband, three teens, and a Havanese named Ace.
